If the unlock code you received appears to be invalid, then reply to the email and we will assist you as soon as possible. Some of the possible reasons why the unlock code is incorrect are:
- The IMEI number provided is inaccurate
- The original service provider of your phone is incorrect
- The code was entered incorrectly
- The phone is hard locked or out or attempts to insert unlock code.
- Dialing a Code: Simply dial *#06# on your phone and your IMEI number will appear on the screen. Remember to note down only the first 15 digits, leaving out any dots.
- Phone Settings: Dive into your phone's settings. The exact path can vary depending on your phone model, but it's generally found under 'About Phone' or 'General Information'.
- Phone Box: Have a look at the original box your phone came in; the IMEI number is usually printed on the barcode sticker.
- SIM Card Tray: In some phones, the IMEI number is printed on the SIM card tray. So, if the above methods don’t work, try pulling out your SIM card tray and check if it's there.
